Important: Reports are only available when your store is in Live mode. Reports display data from live orders only to ensure accurate business analytics. If you’re in Test mode, switch to Live mode in Settings → Ordering (Store Status section) to access reports.
Accessing Reports
- Click “Reports” in the main navigation
- Select a report type from the available options:
- Orders Report: Order trends, revenue, and fulfilment metrics
- Customers Report: Customer acquisition, retention, and health
- Products Report: Product performance and sales analytics
Orders Report
Analyse your order patterns, revenue breakdown, and operational performance.
Key Metrics
The top of the report displays four primary metrics with period-over-period comparisons:
- Total Orders: Number of orders for the selected period
- Total Revenue: Sum of all order values
- Avg Order Value: Revenue divided by orders
- Avg Fulfilment: Average time to fulfil orders (in minutes)
Operational Insights
Quick operational health indicators:
- On-Time Rate: Percentage of orders fulfilled on time
- Delivery Rate: Percentage of orders for delivery vs collection
- Registered Rate: Percentage of orders from registered customers
- Cancelled: Number of cancelled orders with cancellation rate

Filtering & Export
- Date Range: Select custom start and end dates

Customers Report
Understand your customer base, track acquisition and retention, and identify at-risk customers.
Key Metrics
- New Customers: First-time customers during the period
- Returning Customers: Repeat customers who ordered again
- Avg Lifetime Value: Average total spend per customer
- 30d Retention: Percentage of customers who return within 30 days
Customer Health
A dedicated health section shows the overall state of your customer base:
- Health Score: Overall health percentage (0-100%)
- Health Status: Healthy, Needs Attention, or At Risk
- At Risk Percentage: Customers who haven’t ordered recently but were previously active
- Inactive Percentage: Customers with no recent activity
At Risk Customers Table
When customers are identified as at-risk, a table displays:
- Customer name and email
- Last order date
- Days since last order
- Lifetime value
- Total orders
Use this list to reach out and re-engage valuable customers.

- Weekend Orders: Percentage of orders placed on weekends
Retention Rates
Track customer retention across different time periods:
- 30 Day Retention: Short-term repeat rate
- 90 Day Retention: Medium-term loyalty
- 365 Day Retention: Long-term customer retention
Colour-coded indicators show healthy (green), warning (amber), or concerning (red) retention levels.
Filtering & Export
- Date Range: Select custom start and end dates
- Segment Filter: Filter by customer segment (All, New, Loyal, High Value)
- Export: Download the report data as CSV
Products Report
See which products drive your business and identify opportunities.
Key Metrics
- Total Revenue: Revenue from product sales
- Units Sold: Total quantity of items sold
- Top Seller: Your best-performing product by revenue
- Products Sold: Number of unique products ordered
Top 10 Products Table
A ranked table of your best-performing products showing:
- Rank position
- Product name
- Category
- Units sold
- Revenue generated
- Growth rate (vs previous period, with trend indicator)

Modifier Performance
Track how well your product modifiers perform:

Declining Products Alert
When products show significant decline compared to the previous period, an alert highlights them so you can investigate:
- Product name and category
- Decline percentage
- Current revenue
Filtering & Export
- Date Range: Select custom start and end dates
- Category Filter: Filter by product category
- Export: Download the report data as CSV
Using Reports Effectively
Selecting Time Periods
All reports support custom date ranges. Common selections:
- Last 7 days: Recent performance snapshot
- Last 30 days: Monthly overview
- Custom range: Compare specific periods
Understanding Trends
- Green percentages/arrows: Growth compared to previous period
- Red percentages/arrows: Decline compared to previous period
- Previous period is automatically calculated based on your selected range
Exporting Data
Each report includes an export button to download data as CSV:
- Opens in Excel, Google Sheets, or other spreadsheet applications
- Use for external analysis, accounting, or sharing with stakeholders
Best Practices
Regular Review Schedule
- Daily: Check today’s orders and revenue on the dashboard
- Weekly: Review the Orders Report for trends
- Monthly: Analyse all three reports for comprehensive insights
- Quarterly: Use data for strategic planning
Acting on Insights
From Orders Report:
- Identify peak hours to optimise staffing
- Review cancellation rates to improve processes
- Track fulfilment times to maintain service quality
From Customers Report:
- Contact at-risk customers before they churn
- Reward loyal and high-value customers
- Understand geographic demand for delivery zone planning
From Products Report:
- Promote top sellers and consider expanding their category
- Investigate declining products for quality or relevance issues
- Optimise modifier offerings based on popularity
Permissions
Access to reports requires the View Reports permission. Contact your account administrator if you cannot access reports.
Troubleshooting
Reports Not Available
- Check store mode: Reports only work in Live mode, not Test mode
- Check permissions: Ensure you have “View Reports” permission
Data Seems Incorrect
- Verify the selected date range is correct
- Check if category/segment filters are applied
- Recent orders may take a few minutes to appear in reports
Can’t Export Data
- Ensure your browser allows downloads
- Try a different browser if the download doesn’t start
- Check that there is data to export (empty reports can’t be exported)
