- Monthly quota: Resets at the start of each billing cycle
- Combined allocation: Main plan SMS + active bundle SMS
- Usage tracking: Monitor your usage in Billing → SMS tab
- Automatic warnings: Notifications at 80% and 90% usage
- Service interruption: SMS sending pauses when you reach 100% of your quota
Important: SMS notifications count towards your monthly quota. Monitor your usage to avoid service interruptions.
Managing SMS Quota
Checking Your SMS Usage
- Go to Billing and click the SMS tab
- View current quota and usage for the billing period
- Monitor usage percentage and remaining SMS
- Check billing period dates to know when quota resets
Adding SMS Capacity
If you’re approaching your limit:
- Go to Billing and click the SMS tab
- Click “Manage SMS Bundles” and choose a bundle size that fits your needs
- Subscribe to the bundle (billed monthly)
- Quota increases immediately upon subscription
