Can guests order for both delivery and collection?

Yes. Customers choose delivery or collection at checkout, and you can set different rules for each — minimum orders, fees, prep times and even which one is available when. Run both from a single menu alongside your dine-in service.

Can it handle a full à la carte menu with modifiers and courses?

Yes. Add unlimited modifier groups to any dish — sizes, sides, cooking preferences, dietary options — with required or optional choices and per-option pricing, plus a free-text box for special requests. Can customers pre-order for a specific time?

Do you provide delivery drivers?

No — TypeMenu is the ordering platform, not a courier. You handle delivery with your own drivers or offer collection, which means you keep control of the experience and pay no rider fees on top.

Are there any per-order commissions?

No. TypeMenu is a flat monthly subscription with zero commission on your orders. The only extra is standard card processing from your payment provider — Stripe is built in, or payments run through Square if you use Square POS. Either way, those fees go to your provider, not to us.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time, and your storefront stays active until the end of your billing period.
