Pricing questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.

Are there any per-order commissions?

No. We charge a flat monthly subscription with zero commission on your orders. The only additional cost is standard card processing fees from your payment provider — Stripe is built in with simple onboarding, and if you use Square POS, payments go through Square instead. Either way, the fees go to your payment provider, not to us.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

Subscriptions are paid by credit or debit card. Your customers can pay by card online (via Stripe or Square) or cash on collection/delivery — you choose which options to offer.

Are there any limits on orders?

No. Every plan includes unlimited orders with no caps or throttling. Many other platforms restrict order volumes by plan tier or charge extra once you exceed a limit — we don't.

How do I get customers to order directly?

Most businesses start by adding their ordering link to social media, Google Business Profile, and packaging. QR codes on menus, flyers, and receipts work well too.

TypeMenu includes built-in support for Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Ads so you can track and optimise your marketing from day one.

What happens when I cancel?

There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. You can cancel directly from your dashboard at any time. Your storefront stays active until the end of your billing period, and you can export all your data before it expires.
