TikTok Pixel
TikTok Pixel is a tool provided by TikTok that tracks user behaviour on your storefront, helping you measure and optimise your advertising campaigns on the TikTok platform. Once installed, it lets you see how people who click your ads interact with your site, whether they view a product, add something to their cart, or place an order.
It’s particularly useful if you’re running TikTok ads to drive awareness and traffic, and want to understand how those users convert.
Getting Started
To use the TikTok Pixel, you’ll need a TikTok Business Account. You can create one and access the Pixel setup tools by visiting TikTok Ads Manager. From there, go to Assets > Event and choose to create a new Web Pixel. Once your Pixel is created, copy the Pixel ID—you’ll need it to complete the setup in TypeMenu.
