Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.

Are there any per-order commissions?

No. TypeMenu charges a flat monthly subscription with zero commission on your orders. The only additional cost is standard card processing fees from your payment provider — Stripe is built in with simple onboarding, and if you use Square POS, payments go through Square instead. Either way, the fees go to your payment provider, not to us.

Will my customers actually use it instead of Just Eat or Deliveroo?

TypeMenu isn't about replacing aggregators — it's about giving your existing customers a better way to order directly from you. Customers who already know your butcher shop don't need a marketplace to find you. A direct link, QR code, or social media post is all it takes to shift repeat orders away from platforms that take 25%+ of every sale.

Can I use this alongside Just Eat or Deliveroo?

Absolutely. Most of our customers run both. Aggregators are great for discovery and reaching new customers. TypeMenu is for converting those customers into direct, commission-free repeat orders. The two work well side by side.

Do you provide delivery drivers?

No. TypeMenu is an ordering platform, not a logistics company. You handle your own deliveries or offer collection — which means you stay in control of the customer experience and don't pay rider fees.

Do I need any special hardware?
